Cleveland Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public records, indexes, and directory collections associated with Cleveland, Tennessee. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a government office, court, library, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or material reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. Consumer Report Notice
Cleveland Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. 11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Tennessee law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Tennessee Code Annotated §10-7-503, the Tennessee Public Records Act, governs public-record inspection rights and does not make this private reference a records custodian.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
